Inspired by the artwork installation ‘Peace Doves’ by the Sculptor Peter Walker in Rochester Cathedral, we have decided to fill Holy Trinity with Cuckfield’s own Doves of
Peace.
We’ve called the project “Take Flight: Cuckfield’s Doves of Peace,” and hundreds of you have taken cut-out paper doves, and written prayers on them.
All the doves are now, from Pentecost, hung as a display in church. We invite everyone to come and see them, with their messages of peace and hope.
