On Wednesday we had the great joy of welcoming Daniel as our new vicar – there are some photos from the service below.
Daniel says:
I cannot tell you how thrilled I am to be here at last as your vicar in Cuckfield and Bolney and I appreciate your patience during the vacancy. It will inevitably take me a little while to get to know you all. Please bear with me.
And I am very conscious that I am following in the footsteps of not only highly regarded predecessor, Fr Michael Maine, but also some very able priests who have sustained the parish during the interregnum. On your behalf I would like to thank Canon David Tickner, Fr Stephen Capel and Fr Stephen Terry, together with your readers, Vicky and Clive, and Lay Ministers, Charlotte and Jonathan for all the help that they have given.
I am very much looking forward to getting to know you all and working with you so together we may Joyfully Serve Jesus.
